Put Everything In God's Hands...

PSALMS 143:10

This psalm of David is a cry for help. In the midst of whatever it is that David is going through, He has sense enough to seek the will of God, therefore He asks God to teach him how to live his life doing God's will for his life.  It is his desire to live his life according to the will of God and not according to his own will. 

Where do we stand today? 

Are we living our life according to God’s will or ours?  

Are we aware of our personal sins that so easily entangle us in evil?  

On our own, we have no personal power to stand up under the weight of these sins. So when we cry out to God "teach me to do your will", there are no greater words God wants to hear than these. This is what it means for him to be God, to have control over our lives and our wills. This is a key part of loving God with all of our heart, soul, mind, and strength. 

When we are where God puts us and not where we want to be, the Holy Spirit brings God’s  power , God's blessings and God's deliverance from all kinds of sins & enemies & puts us on God's level ground. This is the reason we don’t mess up now because now God is leading us & accomplishing his will, his purpose and His mission through our lives.
